Plateia

“Plateia or platia (πλατεία) is the Greek word for town square. In traditional societies like villages and provincial communities, plateies are the central places for feasts, celebrations, events and meetings”.*

Can you tell if this picture was taken at dawn or just after sunset? Is it minutes after the last night owls said goodbye, or is it the magic hour that photographers hate to be disturbed?

Would it help if I told you that this picture was taken at Ikaria? Would it make a difference for an island that time forgot to visit?

Have a great Friday night people, and an even better Saturday sunrise.
