This easy breezy recipe is light and very delicious -the perfect ending to a warm spring dinner. Plus, it will give you the chance to brag about a dessert that took no more than 5 minutes to make. Are you thinking about it?
Yogurt & lemon dessert
1 kilo of Greek yogurt
2 medium unwaxed and preferably organic lemons
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
• Squeeze the juice and peel the zest of the two lemons.
• Put the juice and zest in a big bowl, add the yogurt, the milk and mix all the ingredients using a spoon.
• Place the dessert in individual bowls and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
